AMONG the recent cases heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:
Lewis Keane Salmon, 39, of Shirley Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide specimen of breath for analysis. Banned from driving for 18 months, fined £155 with £85 costs and £30 victim support services surcharge.
Helen Jayne Marsh, 49, of Efford Way, Pennington. Found guilty of threatening behaviour. Two-year conditional discharge, £100 compensation order, £300 costs. Also found guilty of second offence of threatening behaviour. Two-year conditional discharge, restraining order.
Slade Vincent Frederick Webb, 30, of Adey Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assaulting police officer. Jailed for 18 weeks, £300 compensation order. Also pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour. Jailed for eight weeks (consecutive), £200 compensation order.
Jaroslaw Maciej Balcerzak, 38,of Hartington Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to possessing controlled Class B drug. Fined £100.
