A 17-YEAR-OLD boy has admitted breaching a detention and training order made after committing a string of offences last year.

The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was given a supervision order at North Hampshire Youth Court in September after he was found to be possessing an offensive weapon, as well as attempted robbery, possession of class B drugs, and robbery.

The court heard that the boy was arrested on April 23, 2020, and subsequently charged with four further offences.

Appearing at North Hampshire Youth Court via video link on May 15, District Judge Timothy Pattinson ordered that he be detained for a further three months.

THE case of a woman alleged to have stolen more than £500 in fuel has been delayed because of the coronavirus pandemic.

Annie Folwell, of Robin Hood Close in Farnborough, was also accused of stealing food and drink as well as chocolates from the BP garage in the town, as well as a registration plate from another person.

According to the charges filed at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court, the fuel thefts totalled £560.53, and took place between December 8, 2019 and January 25, 2020.

This included five incidents in four days, totalling £316.59.

Miss Folwell has not entered a plea, and her case will be mentioned on June 26. She is not required to attend.

IN connection with the above case, a man has been remanded into custody before facing summary trial for a number of fuel thefts and assault.

Martin Albert North, of Bartons Way, Farnborough, is accused of the eight fuel thefts that Miss Folwell is, plus 12 others, totalling a value of £1,381.54.

He's also charged with assaulting a man in Farnborough on April 28, and stealing £300 of alcohol from Shell in the town that same day.

Additionally, he is accused of stealing a Kia Magentis and a registration plate.

Mr North has pleaded not guilty to all charges, and has been remanded into custody before he stands summary trial on June 11 at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court.

A SOUTH Ham man has been fined after admitting driving without a licence and insurance.

Raymond David Aitchison, of Paddock Road, pleaded guilty under the single justice procedure at Aldershot Magistrates' Court last week.

He was found driving a Citroen C3 on the B3400 in Deane on January 20.

The 23-year-old was given six penalty points, and fined £120.

He has also been told the pay costs of £85, and a victim surcharge of £32.

A MAN from Reading will have to pay more than £800 after being found guilty of driving without a licence or insurance in Whitchurch.

Rabit Allaraj, of Selsdon Avenue, Woodley, was caught driving a Vauxhall Zafira in the town on March 12.

He was fined £660, whilst ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £66.

The 29-year-old was proved guilty by single justice procedure, and will have six points put on his licence.

A MAN from Stevenage has been found guilty of speeding on the M3 near Basingstoke.

Kenneth Forster, of Shephall View, was caught driving a Honda at 79 miles per hour on the M3 near Junction 7 on November 7, 2019.

He has been fined £66.

After being found guilty via the single justice procedure, he has also been ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.
