The dates when Burger King and Starbucks will reopen at the M3's Fleet Services have been announced.

Welcome Break today announced plans to reopen 72 Starbucks (café and drive-thru), KFC and Burger King stores across its 26 motorway service areas by June 4.

John Diviney, CEO at Welcome Break said: “As the lockdown slowly eases and people around the UK gradually return to work we are delighted to be opening up these great brands.

"It will provide a much-needed boost to those on the road and to support Britain working again.

"We very much look forward to welcoming back our returning customers. The health and safety of our colleagues and customers remains our absolute priority and we will continue to be guided by advice from Public Health England at all times”.

Two of the 72 stores to reopen will be at the Fleet Services, with Starbucks in the main amenity building set to reopen on May 27 with Burger King to follow soon after on June 4.

Starbucks drive-thru and KFC have already reopened at the M3 site.

Welcome Break said that it has reconfigured the layout of stores across the UK "to enable customers to navigate around the building and adhere to social distancing guidelines; whilst further stepping up our hygiene and cleaning processes."
