THIEVES targeted the outbuilding of a property near Basingstoke during an overnight burglary.

Police say the incident took place sometime between 11pm on Friday and 8am the following morning.

The culprits forced open an outbuilding of a property in Popham, near Micheldever. Power tools were stolen from within.

Officers have appealed to anyone who may have information about the burglary to get in touch.
