A DECISION on whether a popular festival in Basingstoke will go ahead will be made in the next two weeks.
B Love, part of Basingstoke festival, comes to War Memorial Park on July 11 and 12.
Shy FX and The Pigeon Detectives have already announced to be the headliners for the festival.
In a statement on their website, a spokesperson for B Love said: "The Council are currently considering government guidance and working with artists and suppliers and we expect to make a decision in the next two weeks on whether to postpone or cancel the music festival.
"Ultimately the safety of our residents and visitors must come first.
"Should we need to cancel the festival we’d like to reassure everyone who has purchased tickets full refunds will be issued."
