Basingstoke Discovery Centre has announced that many Hampshire libraries will remain open with reduced services in the wake of Covid-19 pandemic.
The news comes after 128 people in the UK have died from the disease.
The latest figures reveal that another 24 people have died from Covid-19 in the last 24 hours.
The Discovery Centre's latest tweet says that several Hampshire libraries will be suspending groups and activities but will be open for book borrowing and IT access.

Meanwhile, The Discovery Centre said on Twitter: "We will be adding many more titles to our fantastic Digital Library of ebooks and e-audiobooks, newspapers and magazines in the next few weeks, what does your ultimate self-isolation booklist look like?"
They have advised checking their website and socials for updates.
