POLICE have confirmed that a missing Basingstoke man has now been found.
Alan Watts, 62, went missing last night (Thursday). He was last seen at 8.10pm in Aldermaston Road.
He was said to be in ill health, with his family very concerned for his welfare.
Officers issued an appeal to public for help in their search, and have this morning (Friday) confirmed that Mr Watts has been found.
A statement from the police read: "We have now located missing Alan Watts from Basingstoke.
"Thanks to everyone who shared our appeal, as always."
