A man was arrested for 'death by dangerous driving' and 'possession of amphetamines' in connection to the Popley Way crash last month.
The 24-year-old has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
Officers confirmed this morning that the suspect, from Surrey, was also arrested for the possession of the Class B drug, amphetamine.
Families said their final farewell to Matt at the Basingstoke Cremmatorium with scores of bikers who took place in the funeral procssion last Tuesday (February 4).
The suspect from Surrey was arrested at January 2 and has been released on bail until April 3.
