Storm Ciara: Emergency services respond to car crash on the M3
Emergency services have been dealing with a car accident on the M3 this evening.
The incident happened just after 7pm between Hook and Fleet Services.
Photographs from the scene showed a red car badly damaged though the driver escaped with minor injuries.
Hartley Wintney Fire Service tweeted: "Called at 19:06 with @Odiham10 to an RTC on the M3 between Jct5 and Fleet Services Northbound. Road traffic collision involving one car.
"Driver with minor injuries. Scene made safe. Assisted @HighwaysEngland with clearing the carriageway and reopening the road. #StormCiaraUk."
