A CRIME author has joked about rewriting a councillor’s future if he decides to go ahead with the proposal to close ten libraries across Hampshire.
Pauline Rowson, whose fiction series follows the story of a detective inspector, has in jest threatened that Cllr Sean Woodward might want to think twice before shutting down the community hubs. said: “If Cllr Sean Woodward decides to close the libraries, he may find himself in my next crime novel.
“Whether he ends up as a villian or a victim, I haven’t quite decided yet. Either way, I could kill him off,” she told The Portsmouth News.
Cllr Woodward insists no decision has been made yet.
