FIRE crews from around the Basingstoke area have been scrambled to a fire in Overton this afternoon.
Fire engines from Overton, Whitchurch, Basingstoke and Kingsclere were called to the scene, a farm on Berrydown Lane.
Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that the fire was caused by a biomass boiler in an outbuilding and was swiftly extinguished using one jet and a hose reel jet.

The fire brigade were alerted at 2.10pm and the fire was put out within 45 minutes; no animals were affected.
A spokesperson for the fire service said: "We got the call at 2.10pm. Crews from Overton, Whitchurch, Basingstoke and Kingsclere were called to attend.
"It was at a farm on Berrydown Lane. A fire had broken out in an outbuilding that involved a biomass boiler.
"The fire was extinguished using one hose reel, one jet and two breathing apparatuses. No animals were affected. The stop message came in at 2.55pm."
