Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a 19-year-old victim was shouted abuse at him unprovoked in Festival Place shopping centre last Monday (December 30).
The teenager was outside Gourmet Burger Kitchen at 2.26pm when he was approached by the suspect who shouted homophobic slurs before walking away with two other males.
Officers are now appealing for anyone who was shopping in the area to contact them.
A spokesperson from the police said: "We know this isn't the best quality image but you may recognise him from his build or his clothing."
