A STRING of incidents of criminal damage in which bricks and stones were thrown at windows have been reported in and around Basingstoke in recent days.
The first took place in the Tadley area between December 29 and 30 in Tadley Hill, The Den, Shyshack Lane, Huntsmoor Road, Heathlands and Bishopswood Lane.
Ball bearings, stones and bricks were used to damage vehicle and property windows in the area.
The main times reported were between 9pm and 10.30pm on Monday, December 30.
And then at around 10.20pm on the same day, a stone was thrown at a window of a property in the St Johns Rd area of Oakley, causing damage to the window and smashing an outer pane.
Anyone who has seen anything or has any information, including CCTV or dashcam footage, in relation to these incidents is advised to contact police on 101.
