RUSH HOUR traffic in Basingstoke this evening has ground to a halt after two crashes and poor weather.
Traffic maps show long delays following incidents on the A303 and A3010 Churchill Way East, plus a broken down vehicle on the A340.
It comes after a yellow weather warning for rain has been issued and thunderstorms reported in the area.

One lane is closed on the A303 eastbound after a car collided with the central reservation, with traffic backing up towards Bullington Cross.
Police were called ot the incident near Popham services at 4.30pm.
This came just 30 minutes after Hampshire Constabulary were called to an incident on Churchill Way East, near the Eastrop roundabout.

Two cars were involved in the incident which blocked the westbound carriageway. Traffic was backing up onto the ring road.
Two people sustained minor injuries in the incident involving a Vauxhall Vectra and Citroen C4 Picasso, which has since been cleared.
Delays remain.
There is also bad traffic on the A340 Aldermaston Road, around Basingstoke Hospital.
Police say this is down to an earlier broken down vehicle near Sherborne St John.

Queues can also been seen backing up at Thornycroft roundabout on the ring road.
Meanwhile, bus operator Stagecoach have said that services are delayed due to the traffic.
