A company director has been knocked down and killed by a tram in the Czech Republic.
James Maurice Elton, 45, of Knight Close, was struck in the New Town of Prague and died on November 3.
The hearing heard that Mr Elton was in Prague on holiday with his partner when the incident happened.
The body has been repatriated to the UK and inquiries are ongoing in Prague.
A post-mortem was carried out in Prague and also in this country and the cause of death was head injury.
Senior coroner Christopher Wilkinson adjourned the hearing to July 9.
