Two 18-year-olds have been arrested in an investigation into suppliers of class A drugs, with one charged with trafficking offences.
Officers searched an address in Livia Close, Andover, on the morning of Tuesday 26 November.
Class A drugs were found, and an 18-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman were arrested.
Kadeem Hibbert, 18, of Livia Close, Andover, is been charged with being concerned in the supply of heroin and crack cocaine.
He has also been charged with arranging or facilitating travel of another person with a view to exploitation – an offence under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
He appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 27 and has been remanded to appear at Winchester Crown Court on Wednesday 8 January, 2020.
The woman has been released from custody but is still under investigation.
