CHLOE Glaysher, 20, of Worting Road, Brookvale. Pleaded guilty to stealing various items from the Marks & Spencer store in Festival Place to the value of £367.97 on September 30. Community order made and ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge. 

ANDREW Nicolson, 38, of North Street, Kingsclere. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a BMW, while under the influence of alcohol on October 18, 2019. Fined £830 and ordered to pay £83 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 20 months. 

ZARA Louise Tye, 38, of Brackley Way, Kempshott. Pleaded guilty to passing off a counterfeit £20 note at a shop in Eastleigh on November 27, 2018. Sentenced to a year in jail, suspended for a year and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge. 

SUNAY Mehmedov, 22, of St Nicholas Court, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to using threatening and abusive language towards another person on July 21, 2019. Sentenced to eight weeks in jail suspended for one year and a restraining order issued. Ordered to pay £122 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to sending offensive text messages to another person on July 18, 2019. Sentenced to eight weeks in jail to run concurrently, suspended for one year. 

ALAN Stuart Brian, 34, of Lundy Close, Popley. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Honda, while under the influence of drugs, namely cocaine, on May 20, 2019. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £25 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months. 

DAVID John Brewer, 36, of May Place, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to stealing items of clothing from Sports Direct in Festival Place to the value of £36.98 on October 17, 2019. Fined £300 and ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs. 

NATASHA Lawrance, 38 of Great Marlow, Hook. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a BMW, under the influence of alcohol on October 12, 2019. Fined £445 and ordered to pay £44 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 14 months.
