WITNESSESS are being urged to come forward after a person was sexually assaulted in South Ham.

Police received reports that a person was standing in the bike racks in front of the Acorn Medical Partnership, in Western Way at around 11.50am on November 10.

The victim was approached by an unknown male who proceeded to grab hold of their arm.

After attempting to pull away from the man he pulled them closer and kissed them on the cheek and lips.

Both parties then went their separate ways.

The male is described as a white male, aged in his 50’s, 5ft 7 inches tall, overweight, short greying hair and wearing a blue and white windbreaker type jacket.

Officers believe that he approached the victim from the Russell Howard Park and left going towards Western Way.
