TWO lanes of the northbound carriageway of a Hampshire motorway due to a broken-down vehicle.
Motorists are experiencing delays on the northbound M3 between junction 3 for Lightwater and junction 2 for Thorpe.
The two lanes have been closed so emergency services can move the vehicle to a safe location.
Traffic is currently moving slowly but delays are expected.
