TWO men charged with the murder of a London teenager are set to stand trial.
Terrance Maccabee, 18, of Radnor Road in Peckham and Olamide Soyege, 28 from Dagenham, appeared at Winchester Crown Court today for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
The pair both deny the charges of murder, robbery, conspiracy to rob and being in possession of a bladed item, namely a knife.
The accused will stand trial for the murder of Taylor John Williams, 18, from Bromley, who was stabbed in Shooters Way, South View, on August 31 before dying in hospital.
A third defendant, Paige Taylor, 23, of no fixed abode did not appear before the court due to a “genuine miscommunication” but her representative indicated a not guilty plea for charges of robbery and conspiracy to rob.
The trio will be remanded in custody until the trail starts on February 24, 2020.
