CHARLIE Tilbrook, 26, of Mathias Walk, Hatch Warren. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath when required to do so on October 5, 2019. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 22 months.

EMILY Paige Ward, 19, of Eastrop Way, Eastrop. Pleaded guilty to assaulting an emergency work by beating on October 6, 2019. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Also pleaded guilty to using threatening and abusive language towards another person. Fined a further £80.

JAMES Anthony Lloyd, 31, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to assaulting an emergency work on October 17, 2019. Sentenced to eight weeks in jail and ordered to pay £122 victim surcharge.
