THERE are delays of 30 minutes after a broken down lorry has blocked one lane on the M3 near Winchester.
Lane one is blocked and there is slow traffic due to a "stalled truck" on the northbound carriageway between J10 (A31/Winchester) and J9 (A34/Winchester North).

Live traffic maps show that traffic is backing up to Junction 14 (M27/Southampton).
Traffic cameras also show the lorry blocking flow, with police on scene directing traffic.
Disruption is expected to last until 1.45pm.
