Mrs Mills was due to be sentenced today, but due to failing to appear at a previous hearing last Friday, the Crown Prosecution Service were unable to conduct a pre-sentence report, meaning the case has been adjourned for three weeks.
Judge Andrew Barnett said to the defendant: “Make sure you turn up on that date [November 14] because if you don’t you could face further prosecution or even be sentenced in your absence.”
The case has been adjourned until November 14.
