AN 18-YEAR-old man was robbed at knifepoint as he walked along Cowdery Heights on Friday afternoon.

The victim was walking along the path that runs by the railway next the electric substation when he was approached by another man carrying a knife between 4.20pm and 4.40pm on October 18.

The man demanded money and searched the victim’s pocket but not finding any money, he didn’t take anything and walked on.

According to Hampshire police no one was injured in the incident and the knife has been described as silver with a black handle.

Police are looking to trace the offender and are appealing for the public’s help.

He has been described as black, age 17 to 18-years-old, 6’ 1” tall and of a slim build. He was said to be wearing black puffer jacket with a black hood, black tracksuit bottoms and black thin-rimmed, round sunglasses.
