THREE fire engines were called out to a crash on a county lane this morning.
The two-vehicle incident took place on Goring Lane near Grazeley Green at around 7.30am.
Three fire engines from Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service were called out, and although nobody was trapped, firefighters gave first aid until an ambulance arrived.
A statement from Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "At 7.32am on Tuesday, 15 October, we received reports of a road traffic collision on Goring Lane, Mortimer.
"Three Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service crews from Mortimer, Dee Road and Whitley Wood were sent to the scene.
"Upon arrival, crews found a collision between two cars. Nobody was trapped, but firefighters gave first aid to one person whilst another was placed in the care of South Central Ambulance Service.
"Crews made the scene safe and were at the scene for approximately 45 minutes."
