A BROKEN down vehicle on the M3 is causing delays during this morning's rush hour.
One lane is closed on the northbound carriageway between junctions 4 for Farnborough and 3 for Lightwater.

There are delays of 20 minutes on approach, with traffic backing up towards Fleet services.
It comes on the same morning as further traffic woes for commuters.
An accident on the A33 roundabout at the M4 junction in Reading has left traffic queuing past the Mereoak Park and Ride site.
There was also a three vehicle accident on the M4 eastbound in the roadworks section between junctions 10 and 8/9.

Vehicles involved in the collision have been moved over to lane 1, with traffic queuing towards junction 11.
