A COUNCILLOR is calling for someone to collect some bins dumped on the side of a road.
The bins, which are full of rubbish, have been left on the side of Woodbury Road in near Hatchwarren Lane.
Now Cllr Dan Putty is appealing to the people that disposed of them to collect them.
“It is a waste and an eyesore,” he told the Gazette.
“Something like this doesn’t make me happy and I don’t think it will make people who live here happy.”
Cllr Putty also raised concerns about how the dumped bins might be attractive to vermin, with a potential impact on the houses behind.
“It doesn’t take long for rats to start multiplying, it isn’t inviting,” he continued.
