A TEENAGER has appeared in court charged with the murder of Taylor Williams.

Terrance Maccabee, 18, of Radnor Road in Peckham, is accused of killing Williams on August 31.

Appearing at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Saturday morning, he is also charged with robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and possession of a bladed article in a public place.

No plea was entered at this stage, and has been remanded into custody to appear at Winchester Crown Court on Monday.

Williams, who is also 18 and from London, was found stabbed to death in Shooters Way, South View in August.

He died after being taken to hospital.

Two other people have previously been charged in connection with the murder investigation.

Olamide Soyege, 28, of Mayswood Gardens, Dagenham, appeared at Winchester Crown Court earlier this week charged with murder, robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and possession of a knife.

Meanwhile, Paige Taylor, of no fixed abode, was charged with robbery of class A drugs and consipracy to "rob others from a drug network".

Paige was understood to have been Taylor's girlfriend. 

When the latter two appeared at Winchester Crown Court earlier this week, they shared a fist bump before the judge entered.

Their case was adjourned until October 7.
