MARK Kelsey. 53, of Carmichael Way, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on August 12, 2019. Community order made and ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to damaging a motor vehicle, namely an Audi A1, which did not belong to him on July 31, 2019. Fined £120.
