IN THE COURTS: Latest cases heard in Basingstoke

KEEGAN Clark, 20, of Mercer Close, Buckskin. Pleaded guilty to failing to take a roadside breath test on August 16, 2019. Fined £216 and ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with four points.

JACALYN Danielle Jones, 38, of May Place, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to stealing two pairs of Adidas tracksuit bottoms from Sports Direct in Festival Place to the value of £56 on July 30, 2019. Fined £40 and ordered to pau £32 victim surcharge.

MARK Kelsey. 53, of Carmichael Way, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on August 12, 2019. Community order made and ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to damaging a motor vehicle, namely an Audi A1, which did not belong to him on July 31, 2019. Fined £120.

ABEL Balaz, 30, of Alencon Link, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating on June 11, 2019. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

CRAIG Arron Collins, 26, of Quilter Road, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on May 1, 2019. Community order made and ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also pleaded guilty to assault by beating on June 15, 2019. Further community order made.

FRAZER Luke Brabant, 31, of Dana Close, King’s Furlong. Admitted to breaching the terms of a supervision requirement imposed by the Basingstoke Magistrates Court on May 28, 2019. Fined £80.

HEI Mun Yeung, 50, of Newnham Road, Hook. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle without due care or attention, knocking a cyclist off their bike causing them a head injury on March 30, 2019. Fined £185. Also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle without the relevant insurance police on the same date. Fined a further £280 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with eight points.
