A MAN is appealing for the help of the public to find his brother who was last seen earlier today.
Sean Kearns says his brother Bryan, who has learning difficulties, was last spotted in Kempshott at 20.15 heading towards Sainsbury's.
Posting to Facebook, he wrote: "My Brother Bryan has a learning difficulty. He is a perfectly amiable sole who has taken himself off again on walkabout.
"Please contact Hampshire Police on 101 quote ref 939 if you see him."
Bryan is described as wearing a brown leather jacket with knee-length shorts, carrying a rucsac with red rain cover.
Mr Kearns added: "Bryan lives in the Andover area but grew up in Basingstoke and Oakley.
"Has on previous occasions been seen around the Basingstoke leisure park.
Mr Kearns said he had previously been seen walking in Kempshott, on the A30 and in country roads around Oakley and local villages.
