DANIEL Marc Goodman, 37, of Len Smart Court, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to harassment after sending a large number of unsolicited messages. Community order was made and ordered to undertake 100 hours unpaid work. Also told to pay £85 court costs and £85 victim surcharge. Restraining order imposed.

KERRY Christina Joan Smyth, 25, of Dryden Close, Popley. Pleaded guilty to stealing perfume worth £711 from Debenhams on July 24 and nine bottles of alcohol worth £208 from Tesco. She was also convicted of three previous counts of theft in which a community order was originally given. Jailed for 12 weeks and ordered to pay £122 victim surcharge.

REECE Michael Vincent Webber, 28, of Dove Close, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour on November 30, 2018. Community order made and told to undergo up to 15 days of rehabilitation. Must also pay £85 victim surcharge.

ISLA Tamara Bell, 22, of High Street, Croxton, Cambridge. Admitted to driving while over the alcohol limit on Hill View Road, Basingstoke on July 18. Bell had 45 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath – the legal limit is 35. Disqualified for 12 months and fined £80, must also pay £85 court costs and £32 victim surcharge.

SEAN Richard Grace, 36, of HMP High Down, Surrey. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a special constable in Basingstoke on January 12 and damaged a door worth £178 belonging to Vivid Homes. A community order was made and told to carry out 15 days of rehabilitation. Must also pay £378.17 compensation.

PAUL Johnson, 51, of Baird Avenue, Basingstoke. Admitted to assault in Little London, Andover, on March 11. Ordered to carry out unpaid work 200 hours unpaid work and pay compensation of £1,250. Also must pay £85 court costs and £85 victim surcharge.
