JASON William Churchill, 47, of Howard Road, Black Dam. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Jaguar X Type, while under the influence of cocaine on February 15, 2019. Fined £500 and ordered to pay a £50 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 12 months. Also pleaded guilty to damaging a garden table which did not belong to him on January 1, 2019. Fined an additional £166.

OLIVER George Poynter, 19, of Minden Close, Chineham. Pleaded guilty to failing to give a specimen of breath when instructed to do so on June 1, 2019. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 12 months.

ADAM Feher, 34, of Chantry Mews, Hatch Warren. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Honda Accord, while under the influence of alcohol on May 27, 2019. Fined £369 and ordered to pay a £36 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 17 months.

LUCUS Jacob Oates, 20, of Paddock Road, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to assaulting an on-duty police officer on June 2, 2019. Ordered to pay £50 in compensation and £20 costs.

MATTHEW James Levy, 21, of Appleton Drive, Popley. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a BMW, without due care and attention on December 5, 2018. Fined £440 and ordered to pay a £44 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

GARY Colin Bennett, 55, of Cliddesden Road, Eastrop. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Peugeot 307, while under the influence of cocaine on February 16, 2019. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 12 months.

PAUL Halliday, 46, of Kingsmill Road, Grove. Pleaded guilty to unlawfully damaging two windows which did not belong to them on May 27, 2019. Restraining order made. Fined £400 and ordered to pay a £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

ROBERT James McKay, 35, of Essex Road, King’s Furlong. Pleaded guilty to two counts of using threatening, abusive or insulting words towards another person on March 18, 2019. Community order made and ordered to pay £200 in compensation and a £20 victim surcharge.

JOSHUA Keith Stewart Wanless, 20, of Lynch Hill Park, Whitchurch. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of a Class B drug, namely cannabis, on February 13, 2019. Fined £80 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £120 costs. Also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of cannabis on the same date. Banned from driving for 12 months.

MARK Aaron Daly, 37, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to stealing two jumpers from a TK Maxx store, in Basingstoke, to the value of £79.98 on May 2, 2019. Sentenced to seven days in prison and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.
