A LUTON man has been charged with possession of a knife in Basingstoke.
The arrest was made after police carried out a search of a vehicle which was stopped in Shetland Road, Popley at around 1.26pm on Monday.
Ahmed Abdullah, 29, of Park Street, Luton, was charged with possession of a lock knife and having no car insurance.
He was bailed to appear before Basingstoke Magistrates Court on July 9.
