BROOKE Marion Clark, 27, of Penny Black Lane, Rooksdown. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while under in the influence of drugs, namely cannabis, on March 4, 2019. Community order made. Fined £50 and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge. Banned from driving for 36 months. Also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while disqualified from doing so on the same date. Further community order made.

ROBERT John Ellerton, 50, of Slichester Road, Little London. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a BMW, while under the influence of alcohol on May 24, 2019. Fined £1,232 and ordered to pay £123 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 12 months.

ANTHONY Flint, 31, of Shelley Close, Popley. Pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place on May 27, 2019. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

AARON Richard Ginn, 24, of Midlane Close, Grove. Pleaded guilty to wasting police time by making a false 999 report on May 28, 2019. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

RODGER Charman, 49, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to obstructing police officers in the line of duty on May 26, 2019. Fined £40 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

RICHARD Judge, 37, of Hackwood Road, Grove. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Ford Ka, while under the influence of alcohol on May 26, 2019. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 36 months.

DEBIE Ann Stainer, 50, of Goat Lane, Eastrop. Pleaded guilty to assaulting another person on May 10, 2019. Sentenced to three months in jail, suspended for one year. Ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge and £20 costs. Also pleaded guilty to carrying a bladed article in a public place. Sentenced to a further three months in jail, suspended for one year.

GLYN Watmore, 40, of Mitchell Gardens, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to stealing a motor vehicle, namely a Vauxhall Grandland X, at sometime between October 24, 2018 and November 3, 2018. Sentenced to 16 weeks in jail and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

REECE William Marks, 27, of Headington Close, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Ford Focus, while under the influence of drugs, namely cannabis, on February 14, 2019. Fined £150 and order to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months.

IAN Christopher George, 49, of no fixed adobe. Pleaded guilty to assaulting an emergency worker on June 15, 2019. Sentenced to four weeks in jail and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.
