HAMPSHIRE motorists are facing miles of tailbacks this morning after a traffic light failure.
Traffic signals are not working at Junction 9 of the M3 outside of Winchester on the Winnall Roundabout at the A34 approach.
That has resulted in tailbacks as far as Chandler's Ford - meaning at least a 30 minute delay.
It is unclear when the traffic lights will be fixed.
