DEBBIE Susan Cottrell, 39, of The Spinney, Rooksdown. Pleaded guilty to unlawfully damaging a motor vehicle which did not belong to her to the value of £592.80. on November 14, 2018. Ordered to pay £250 in compensation.

WOJCIECH Kaczmarzyk, 37, of Pentland Close, Buckskin. Pleaded guilty to failing to give information to the police on January 21, 2019. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

NEIL John Ryan, 30, of Culver Road, Grove. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive language towards another person leading them to feel alarmed or distressed on April 3, 2019. Fined £40 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £50 costs.

JORDAN James Bell, 21, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating on May 21, 2019. Sentenced to 12 weeks in jail and ordered to pay £50 in compensation. Also pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of wine from a Tesco store on the same date. Sentenced to two weeks in jail to run concurrently. Also pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting a police officer on the same date. Sentenced to a further six and eight weeks in jail for the respective assaults to run concurrently.

TARNYA Moroncini, 26, of Chineham. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Honda Civic, while under the influence of alcohol on May 8, 2019. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £45 costs. Banned from driving for 25 months.

KARL Paul Beckett Boness, 30, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to breaching the terms of a non-molestation order, namely phoning someone he was prohibited from doing so, on May 3, 2019. Sentenced to two weeks in jail and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.
