THE woodland area next to the Chineham Shopping centre has inspired a new soft play area.
Youngsters will be able to enjoy the new fun packed ‘Into the Wild ‘play area, which will offer children a host of different activities to take part in.
Located between Greggs and Naomi House, at the shopping centre in Reading Road, Into the Wild includes a break-out area for parents, a ball pool, animal rockers, mini tree house, forest tunnels, bean bags, and a reading area.
Marcus Mann, senior asset manager for Chineham Shopping, said: “This is an excellent addition to the centre. It’s not only free to use, but it provides families with small children a really enjoyable yet stimulating experience in a safe environment.
“With the summer holidays just around the corner, I’m sure it will be very popular.”
He added: “The space is specifically designed to reflect and incorporate the woodland wildlife surrounding the centre and is designed to entertain children when a break from shopping is needed.”
