What's your role in the Scouts?: Cub Scout Leader
What group do you work with?: Hatch Warren
What's your day job?: Housewife
How did you end up getting involved?: Helping at Cubs when they needed another adult.
What's your favourite part of your role?: Weekly meeting nights and being out and about with the young people.
What new skills have you learnt through volunteering?: I've done abseiling once now! I was always too scared to have done it before, but I was trying to help a Cub overcome his fear.
What would you say to someone thinking of getting involved?: I love seeing kids achieve and have fun, and it's enjoyable having a go things that you may not normally get a chance to do.
