A HOUSEBUILDER has now donated more than £10,000 to Naomi House & Jacksplace, after selecting the hospice as its charity of the year.

Bovis Homes’ Southern Counties region, which has its headquarters in Lime Tree Way, Basingstoke, has been raising funds through a variety of initiatives, and recently donated £4,388 which brings the total amount raised for the charity to £11,970.

Hannah Dunlop, sales progressor at Bovis Homes, said: “We are so proud that we’ve been able to raise well over £10,000 so far for the charity and we’re still fundraising

“Staff have been so supportive, and we are always thinking up different ways to raise money for a cause which is close to our hearts.”

The recent funds were raised during an auction and raffle held at the office’s annual dinner dance event. Staff also took part in a special Valentine’s Day raffle where a holiday was up for grabs.

Naomi House & Jacksplace provide expert hospice care to more than 325 children, young people and their extended families across Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Berkshire, West Sussex, Surrey and the Isle of Wight.
