CHOIRS will be given the opportunity to perform in the iconic grounds of Highclere Castle.
On June 22, the world of Downton Abbey will come to life at the castle when a 40-piece orchestra will play songs from the hit TV series’s soundtrack.
Organisers are appealing for choirs of between 30 and 40 people with a strong ear for harmony and a large repertoire to apply to be part of the event.
The choir will perform alongside the orchestra as Jim Carter, in character as Mr Carson, will guide the audience through the event.
