A MAN has been sentenced to 32 weeks in jail after assaulting emergency services workers.
Sean Richard Grace, of Freemantle Close, Basing View, appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on April 16 after pleading guilty to two counts of assaulting an emergency worker.
The 36-year-old also pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating.
The court heard that on April 14, Grace assaulted one person in the Basingstoke area, then proceeded to attack two emergency services workers.
Grace was sentenced to 16 weeks in jail for assault by beating another person and sentenced to a further 16 weeks in jail for assaulting an emergency worker to run consecutively.
