MATHEW Thomas Cooke, 31, of St Mary’s Road, Kingsclere. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Skoda Fabia, while under the influence of drugs, namely Cannabis, on January 5, 2019. Fined £280 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for one year. Also pleaded guilty to being in possession of a Class B drug, namely Cannabis, on the same date. Fined a further £185.

JADE Dean, 32, of Great Oaks Chase, Chineham. Pleaded guilty to two counts of stealing cash from another person on February 11, 2019. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

DOMINIC Kimber, 48, of South Ham Road, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to harassing another person by sending numerous messages over a period of a few hours on March 10, 2019. Restraining order made. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £25 costs.

KATARZYNA Kwasniak, 36, of Beckett Gardens, Bramley. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol on March 22, 2019. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 36 months.

TRACY Joanne Donnelly, 44, of Attwood Close, King’s Furlong. Pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of port from the Morrisons store in Worting Road on April 9, 2019. Sentenced to eight weeks in jail.

LUKE Michael David Allwright, 32, of Basswood Drive, Rooksdown. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Renault, where the ply or cord was exposed in one of the tyres on October 16, 2018. Fined £490 and ordered to pay £49 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

VICTORIA Claire Baggott, 35, of Poynings Crescent, Grove. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Volvo, while under the influence of alcohol on March 27, 2019. Fined £184 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 14 months.

JACK William Joyce, 25, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to damaging the window of a property which did not belong to him on January 16, 2019. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

KEVIN Lee Knight, 27, of Pinkerton Road, South Ham. Pleaded guilty to sending threatening text messages to cause another person to be distressed on November 21, 2018. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

CHARLES Applegate, 38, of Loggon Road, Grove. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Citroen, in excess of a 30mph speed limit on October 18, 2018. Fined £277 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.
