FREDERICK Peter Jack Farr, 24, of Lillymill Chine, Chineham. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs on January 16, 2019. Fined £400 and ordered to pay £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 16 months.

EMMA Marie Quinn, 37, of Winterthur Way, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to stealing four bottles of Gordon’s pink gin from Morrisons in Worting Road to the value of £73 on March 25, 2019. Ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge and £20 costs. Also pleaded guilty to continually harassing another person between 2016 and 2016 via phone and text in order to procure money totalling in the

region of £34,000. Sentenced to 12 weeks in jail and a restraining order made.

JACK Cameron Wells, 18, of Brackley Way, Kempshott. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol on March 16, 2019. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 14 months. Also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle without the relevant insurance policy on the same date. Fined a further £120.

DAVID Patrick Oates, 59, of Wrekin Close, Buckskin. Pleaded guilty to three counts of assaulting a police officer in the line of duty on March 18, 2019. Community order made and ordered to pay £150 in compensation, £85 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

BARRY James Gaylard, 58, of Woolford Way, Winklebury. Found guilty of intentionally touching a woman in a sexual way without her consent on October 18, 2018. Ordered to pay £100 in compensation.

BRANDON Rawlings, 20, of Aylings Close, Buckskin. Pleaded guilty to stealing items from the Next store in Festival Place to the value of £69 on October 30, 2018. Fined £80. Also pleaded guilty to stealing items from the H&M store in Festival Place to the value of £39.99 on the same date. Fined a further £80.

DARREN James Watkins, 45, of no fixed abode. Admitted to breaching the terms of a supervision order imposed by the Basingstoke Magistrates Court on December 31, 2018. Sentenced to 14 days in jail.

JOHN Edward Daborn, 67, of Church Road, Hook. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a ford, in excess of a 40mph speed limit on December 17, 2018. Fined £384 and ordered to pay £38 victim surcharge. Banned from driving for four months.

TOBY Robert Jones, 26, of Winchester Street, Whitchurch. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Ford, in excess of a 40mph speed limit on September 7, 2018. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

CHARLES Applegate, 38, of Loggon Road, Grove. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Citroen, in excess of a 30mph speed limit on Ocotber 18, 2018. Fined £277 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

ZENO Stefanita Mario Gugulan, 29, of Burrows Court, Northampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing electrical and toiletry items from the B&M store in Worting Road to the value of £154.07. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
