HOMEOWNERS have celebrated a scheme run by a retirement homes company.
Homeowners at Emma Court, in Southern Road, Eastrop, gathered in their communal lounge to celebrate McCarthy & Stone Resales’ first birthday.
Staff and visitors from nearby McCarthy & Stone developments attended the morning celebrations and enjoyed coffee and cake with the retirement housebuilders’ resales team.
Homeowner Maureen Shepherd was given the honour of cutting the cake, which was enjoyed by residents and staff.
The team was set up for homeowners who wish to sell their apartment and are looking for a specialist operator who understands the retirement market.
To mark the first birthday, the resales team will host several celebratory events at various McCarthy & Stone developments across the country.
