A STOLEN caravan has been found near Basingstoke - some 200 miles away from where it was believed to have been taken.
Officers found a caravan at Carousel Park, Basingstoke Road, Micheldever, on Tuesday and eventually found that its owner had reported the vehicle as stolen overnight the night before, in Lancashire.
The stolen item is now in the process of being reunited with its owner.
