GRITTERS are due to be heading out on north Hampshire's road tonight with temperatures dropping.
Hampshire Highways has confirmed it will be sending out salting lorries from 9pm tonight as temperatures could drop to below zero degrees, coupled with wet roads from rain this afternoon.
The lorries will be treating the priority one routes in the north and central areas of the country.

Priority one covers A roads, some B roads, major bus routes, roads to hospitals and other key emergency hubs, large schools and colleges, areas of high traffic, and public transport interchanges.
