A MAN sustained facial injuries after being attacked in a supermarket car park in broad daylight.
Police are appealing for witnesses after the victim was assaulted in the car park of Morrisons supermarket in Worting Road, Basingstoke.
The assault occurred between 1.30pm and 1.35pm on Sunday.
The victim, who is aged in his 20s, was hit in the face by a man in the parent and child parking area of the car park.
The victim subsequently went to hospital where he was treated for facial injuries.
