AS ONE of the most iconic groups of the 1970s and 1980s, Abba’s music has long outlived the band and is still celebrated to this day.
From Waterloo to Money, Money, Money, the pop quartet has a plethora of hits which arguably defined a generation of pop music.
In celebration of all the glitz and glamour of the famous four, the Basingstoke Lions Club will be welcoming ABBA Sensation into town.
The group will immerse the audience in an authentic ABBA experience where they will be transported back to the golden days of the band, with stunning harmonies, costumes, choreography and a sprinkling of light-hearted humour.
Full audience participation is encouraged with room for dancing so people can soak up the infectious entertainment.
The concert will be held at Queen Mary’s Hall, at QMC, on April 16 from 7.30pm.
Tickets cost £14 each, with all the money being donated to deserving causes in Basingstoke and the surrounding area.
