Brighton Hill Community School pupils show their support for Kolkata Knight Riders
A YELLOW Army of Basingstoke has had its backing for a cricket team supported by millions endorsed.
Pupils from a science class at Brighton Hill Community School, known for its yellow-based uniform, were shown on Twitter displaying their support for the Indian Premier League cricket team Kolkata Knight Riders, who play in a yellow strip.
The official Twitter account of the cricket team then posted the image to its 4.5m followers.
A message with the image from the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) account added: "Thank you for all the love on behalf of KKR."
Brighton Hill Community School uses the hashtag #YellowArmy on its Twitter accounts.
