A UNIT on an industrial estate had to be evacuated this afternoon due to fire.
Firefighters were called out to the Rose Estate, in Osborn Way, Hook at 1.05pm to reports of a fire in the rear of a single storey commercial building.
Crews from the Basingstoke, Odiham and Rushmoor fire stations used breathing apparatus and a hose reel to put out the fire while the unit was evacuated.
As of 2.15pm, firefighters were scaling down their operation at the site.
